Rifle Hire: $ 25 or € 20 per hunter plus ammunition.
Daily rates includes:
- Fully serviced accommodation, meals & soft drinks.
- Full time services of a Professional hunter/guide.
- Hunting vehicle and tracker.
- Trophy skinners plus camp staff.
- Hunting licenses.
- Daily laundry.
Not included in the daily rates:
- Pre and post safari, accommodation, meals and drinks.
- Road transfers and air travel.
- Trophy animals taken.
- Field preparation, $ 25 / € 20 per animal - Rhino and Elephant, $ 500 / € 380 per animal.
- Wounded or lost animals.
- Government Tax (14%VAT) on daily rates.
- Leopard bait.
- Additional car hire for families or large groups.
- Road transfer, one hunting area to another, $250 / € 190 more than 200km.
- Trophy packing, preparation and shipping for the export.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Daily Rates:
Becomes effective from the first day of the contract period, until the last day of the termination date agreed upon.
Deposit: 50% deposit on the daily rate will be required to secure the booking.
Deposit can be made via bank transfer via (S.W.I.F.T )
Deposit will be non-refundable.(unless re-booked).

Balance of Payment:
The balance of daily rate is to be made before commencement of safari while trophy fees etc. at end of the safari. Payments can be made in cash (US Dollars or Euro) or travellers cheques.
Liability:
While every effort will be made to ensure the client's safety, NO responsibility whatsoever will be accepted for any accident, injury illness or loss whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such accidents, injury, illness or loss. It will be expected of the clients to sign an Indemnity Form before safari starts.
Insurance:
Will be the responsibility of the INDIVIDUAL. |
